Schedule

Technical documentation
Often, from both an engineering and QA/QC perspective, technical documentation is required within a certain period of time. Document control is a key element.
Inspection
Materials need to be supplied in accordance with specifications. In order to ensure compliance, (intermediate) inspections in accordance with the ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) need to be performed.

Ones an order or contract has been placed, a keen eye on developments and identification of changes is essential to manage costs, schedule and technical compliance.
